DU – Introduction to positive psychology

The DU introduction to positive psychology is a diploma course specialized in psychology.

This DU will enable practitioners in the field of education, sport or health (trainers, personal coaches, Adapted Physical Activity and Health (APAS) speakers), professionals health professionals, teachers) to become familiar with the concepts of positive psychology applied to their professional field and allow them to acquire elements of understanding, analysis and intervention.

This training allows learners to secure their professional career by acquiring new or complementary skills or techniques.

This DU aims to develop effective support strategies in order to optimize, via positive psychology methods, the resources of individuals and therefore their performances.
