Training summary

The objective of this professional license is the optimization of the marketing of banking and insurance products and services for the segments targeted by the establishment on the retail market.

Training objectives

This work-study training aims to train professionals capable of handling a portfolio of medium and high-end customers. This involves providing banking and insurance companies with employees possessing the knowledge, interpersonal skills and operational know-how to exercise the profession of customer advisor in the individual customer market.

Their missions are: advice, commercial efficiency and the overall good quality of the service offered. The account manager is prepared to exercise management responsibilities.
