Training summary

This is a diploma that aims to train general lawyers. It is based on an innovative pedagogy with lessons that follow the life of the company, from its creation, the hiring of employees, financing, annual accounts, contracts, financial difficulties, liquidation.

Thematic seminars allow students to address the tax, social, contractual and corporate consequences of each of these moments in the life of the company.

Training objectives

This diploma aims to train versatile lawyers in business law.

It is a real bridge between academia and the professional world. Indeed, thematic weeks cover the entire life of the company from its creation until its disappearance: the company is created, the company hires, the company and its premises, the company contracts, the company and its annual accounts, the company exports, the company has a tax adjustment, the company distributes its products, the company and its distinctive signs, the company has a lawsuit, the company has difficulties, etc.
