Training summary
This training aims to train professionals and students (medical interns, Master 2 and doctoral students) from the medical-psychological, social, educational or legal fields in the modalities of the transcultural approach. The training integrates both theoretical teachings and practical perspectives. The foundations and theoretical models of transcultural clinical psychology are presented with a particular anchoring in the societies of the Indian Ocean.

Advantages of the training
This is a professional training course alternating academic teaching and professional teaching, focused on practice.
It brings together in partnership with the University of La Réunion the main players in the management of European funds and programs in La Réunion, in alphabetical order:
the Agency for the Management of Local Initiatives in European Matters (AGILE);
the Departmental Council of Reunion;
the Regional Council of Reunion;
the Department of Economy, Employment, Work and Solidarity (DEETS);
the General Secretariat for Regional Affairs (SGAR) of the Prefecture…
The teaching team is mixed. It includes not only academics (lecturer-researchers from the University specializing in European Union and Overseas law) but also practitioners (professionals specialized in the management of European funds and programs: AGILE, DEETS, Department, Region, etc.).
Professionalization is reinforced in particular with the help of Euroconferences on professions and testimonials, given by professionals and project leaders who benefit from European funds, as well as by personalized tutoring, consisting of an immersive internship within a European fund management authority or structure or a tutored project focusing on the assembly in a small group of a European project file or the writing of a thematic file.
The training is supported by the Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories as part of an agreement between the General Directorate of Overseas Territories (DGOM) and the University of La Réunion.

Targeted skills
This training provides both regulatory and practical knowledge as well as professionalizing tools:
- Fundamental frameworks of European Union and Overseas law;
- European Union policies and financing;
- Project assembly and management;
- Public procurement techniques;
- Euroconferences on trades and networking.
At the end of the training, graduates will be able to:
- to identify relevant local, national and European actors;
- to understand the logic of operation and allocation of European funding;
- to respond to calls for projects mobilizing European funds;
- to master the rules and tools for administrative, technical and financial management of European funds;
- to be up to date with European requirements and regulations: legal framework for programs, communication tools, fund management techniques, controls, etc.

Duration of training: 158 hours from September to June N+1 (face-to-face teaching or e-learning)
Estimated hours: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. / 13:00 p.m.–16:30 p.m. (7 hours per day max. – 35 hours of professional training)
23 days (or 46 half-days) of face-to-face training on the University Technology Park site or remotely
Assessment methods:
UE 1 to UE 6 are subject to continuous assessment (session 1) according to specific procedures which will be communicated by the teaching team at the start of the training: each continuous assessment will be designed under the responsibility of the speaker in charge of the teaching concerned and the educational manager of the training.
EU 7: writing an internship report or a thematic file or a European project file with oral defense.

Baccalaureate + 3 or equivalent
This training is aimed at holders of a national diploma or a qualification equivalent to bac+3 with the following profile:
• people interested in European project engineering (elected officials, civil servants, employees, association managers, etc.);
• people undergoing professional retraining in connection with European project engineering;
• professionals from the public and private sectors responsible for managing European projects;
• students wishing to complete their training with European project engineering;
