Exemptions for disproportionate burden
There is no exemption for disproportionate burden.
Content not subject to the accessibility obligation
Article 3 of Decree No. 2019-768 of July 24, 2019 lists content exempt from the accessibility obligation.
Under 5e de l 'article 3 of decree 2019-768, are exempt from the accessibility obligation:
“Third party content which is neither financed nor developed by the organization concerned and which is not under its control”.
This is the case of the Youtube video player used for the “2021 Registration – Instructions for use” video on the sample page 6 titled “Registration”. Criteria 4.11 and 4.13 relating to the video player are not applicable for this content.
As this is the only content applicable on this page, criteria 4.11 and 4.13 are not applicable on page 6 of the sample.
