Recent developments in the law — the law of November 6, 2025, case law, reflection on marital duty — mark important advances, but also raise many questions.

How can these changes be translated into concrete practices and human relationships?
How can we better address situations of vulnerability?
And above all, how do we change mindsets?

This symposium will be an opportunity to combine law, practices and realities on the ground, particularly around domestic and intra-family violence, mental or neuropsychological disorders and prostitution.

A day dedicated to exchange and collective reflection.

Friday, October 16
Lecture Hall D2 – Faculty of Law and Economics
