The artist's words: "Think in color, paint words...if my dreams were drawn..."

When reading a poetic or prose text, whether author's work or personal creation, the words that compose them become: image, landscape, portrait, colorful assemblage, abstract creation, etc. On a square or rectangular, I propose to make colors emerge, by exploiting their infinite variations (pure or mixed), and by playing with the spectator's senses... Thinking in color, painting words... if my dreams were drawn. My emotions then become vibrant, luminous colors which come alive by giving depth to a flat surface. This disappears in favor of reflections around the gesture, the sign, chance or even light. Each of these creations allows me to express my sensitivity, my emotion, my unconscious. The rule: take the viewer on a journey, make them dream, create emotion. Antoine Mellado
