The KAP Réussite program is recruiting new mentors for the 2026/2027 school year!

What does the KAP Réussite program consist of?

KAP Réussite is a mentoring program funded by the Réunion Region. It aims to support students with learning difficulties within partner high schools, through academic support and guidance workshops.

What is the role of the mentor?

As a mentor, your mission will be to:

• Reconciling students with the subject matter
• Strengthening the connection with knowledge and developing their self-confidence
• To inspire them and motivate them to go as far as possible in their higher education.

To recognize your commitment, mentoring activity is compensated at €20/hour of intervention.
The assignments are offered taking into account your availability, your university timetable and the geographical area of ​​your choice on the island.
