Regional equality day for women and men with disabilities in employment

The Regional Day for Equality between Women and Men with Disabilities in Employment is part of the Regional Plan for the Integration of Disabled Workers (PRITH). The University of Reunion, which leads the universal accessibility and equality group, is co-referent for this action with the Fund for the Integration of Disabled People into the Public Service (FIPHFP).

Following the study carried out in Reunion by the Reunion Regional Health Observatory (ORS), the aim will be to present the restitution of the report and identify common avenues of action to develop areas for improvement. identified.
Organized around 3 conferences and 4 workshops, this day is intended for professionals supporting people with disabilities, those involved in employment and training, associations and people themselves affected by disability.
After the presentation of the data, 4 workshops will be offered to participants, to co-construct tomorrow's actions around the following themes: mapping, gender in the protected environment, acting with families, communication.
