Indo-Pacific study days

The University of Reunion Island will host the Indo-Pacific study days on Wednesday, December 13 and Thursday, December 14, 2023, organized by the regional association of auditors of the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies of the Indian Ocean (AR 27) with the support of numerous partners

The University of Reunion will host on Wednesday December 13 and Thursday December 14, 2023 at the bioclimatic amphitheater (500) on the Moufia campus, the Indo-Pacific study days organized by the regional association of auditors of the Institut des Hautes national defense studies of the Indian Ocean (AR 27) with the support of numerous partners: the Prefecture of La Réunion, the Regional Council of La Réunion, the Departmental Council of La Réunion, the French Development Agency, the Directorate of Heritage, Memory and Archives, the EXODATA Company.

Around thirty panelists will focus on responding to the theme of the study days: “Peace and security: issues and challenges of the geopolitics of the Indo-Pacific in the Indian Ocean. Crossed perspectives: what sets of scales?”


The two days of conferences will present eight round tables around four themes: Governance, Security and sovereignty issues, History and geopolitics and finally Energy transition, innovation and connectivity.
