The ARPEC association (Association for the Bringing Together of Peoples and Cultures) has produced numerous exhibitions in different parts of the world: Himalayas, India, Nepal, Madagascar, Oman, etc.

The confinement encouraged us to create our first exhibition on Reunion Island.

It is the culmination of the collective work of ARPEC photographers, hikers sensitive to the grandeur of the landscapes, the beauty and the diversity of this spectacular island, harsh and gentle at the same time.

The short texts were written by the ARPEC writing workshop and by several famous Reunion authors.

It would take much more than a single exhibition to show all the wonders of Reunion Island, but we are happy to pay tribute to this unique and exceptional island which can only be discovered on foot, ti pa ti pa…
