Nature of the job and proposed missions

The agents will work alongside team members on administrative and support tasks during end-of-year procedures. At the start of the school year, the agent will be more independent and in charge of post-assignment follow-up.

Length of employment and employment quota

2 positions at 90% available over the following periods:

  • Position to be filled with two successive contract periods:
    • From Monday, May 26 to Friday, July 11, or 7 weeks, including 4,5 days of vacation
    • From Monday 11 to Friday 29 August, i.e. 3 weeks, including 2 days of leave
  • Position to be filled with a contract period, from Monday May 12 to Friday July 18, i.e. 10 weeks, including 6,5 days of leave

Required profile

Category C Contract Agent

The candidate must be proficient in word and data processing tools (Excel), and have a good sense of teamwork. He or she must demonstrate rigor and organization, availability and adaptability.
