Do you know about validation of acquired experience (VAE)?
Validation of acquired experience (VAE) allows any person involved in working life to obtain professional certification through the validation of their experience acquired within the framework of a professional and/or extra-professional activity. She permits :
to have your activities recognized as part of your duties to ensure consistency in your job description;
to align your CV with your level of responsibility;
to obtain a raise or professional promotion;
to change jobs;
to obtain a level of qualification allowing access to higher level training or to register for a competition.
The VAE is therefore an important resource in terms of training policy, forward-looking management of jobs and skills and, more broadly, careers.
