Working and training remotely: a program dedicated to the challenges of digital inclusion

To mark the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, the University of Reunion Island is broadcasting a program dedicated to the impact of digital technology on teleworking and training, particularly for people with disabilities.

Through testimonials from agents, students, and professionals, the program explores in a concrete way:

• the effects of teleworking on the organization and quality of working life;
• the technical and human conditions necessary to guarantee accessibility;
• persistent difficulties encountered in the tools and platforms;
• the challenges of inclusive pedagogy in higher education;
• Real-life situations that shed light on actual needs and possible developments.

This program is part of the University of Reunion's commitment to digital accessibility and equal opportunities.
