Back to the Technical Committee cycle

As part of the preparation of the establishment's budgetary strategy (COMP, establishment contract, etc.) of the University of Reunion, a cycle of Technical Committees (CoTech) was held from June 2 to 4, 2025, bringing together directors of components, laboratories, services, as well as many staff involved in the life of the establishment. These times of exchange and reflection, organized in person on the three campuses (Moufia, Tampon, Terre-Sainte), made it possible to widely mobilize the stakeholders around six structuring strategic axes:

  • Management of the training offer
  • The challenges of the Indo-Pacific, tropical insularity and resilience
  • The research and innovation strategy
  • Ecological transition and sustainable development
  • Student well-being
  • Governance and internal management

This collective work, fueled by feedback from the field and strong interdepartmental participation, aims to build an ambitious, realistic, and shared strategy for the coming years. It is fully in line with a structuring approach for the future of the University of Reunion.
