S3D-VHH: 3D structures of VHH antibodies: in silico analysis and prediction of their dynamics and complexes. Through an approach using Bioinformatics tools, this project aims to study the structures of VHH proteins, camelid antibodies, as well as their dynamic properties with the aim of predicting their interactions with a molecular partner.
