UEO open to students in international exchange programs
For students in an exchange program, registration is made directly with the International Relations Department (without going through the registration platform dedicated to the UEO).

Description of the WEU
The objective of this UEO is the discovery and mastery of the three movements of athletic strength and their benefits.
These three very popular movements, the Bench Press, the Back Squat and the Deadlift, allow you to maintain muscular balance, bone strengthening and better synchronization of your body segments in order to perform a movement.
Using this teaching is essential for:
- A reassuring awareness of the balanced practice of these popular exercises;
- Balanced and prophylactic reinforcement in the short, medium and long term;
- Discover practical training/maintenance methods suitable for everyone.
