Description of the WEU

The teaching unit on the sustainable development passport intended for undergraduate students at the University of La Réunion aims to raise awareness among students of the issues and challenges of sustainable development, as well as to provide them with the tools necessary to understand the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and integrate them into their daily lives.
The teaching unit begins with an introduction to the issues and challenges of sustainable development, focusing on the environmental, social and economic issues facing our planet. Students will also be introduced to the key concepts of sustainable development. Students will also learn how these goals are interconnected and how their achievement can contribute to solving many global problems.

Finally, the teaching unit aims to provide students with the tools and skills needed to integrate the SDGs into their daily lives and future profession. Students will learn how they can contribute to the achievement of the SDGs as responsible citizens and as professionals from different sectors.
It should be noted that the teaching unit on the presentation of sustainable development goals intended for undergraduate students at the University of La Réunion will be delivered online, directly on a Moodle platform.
