Description of the WEU
This UEO is an introduction to volcanology. We will cover the complex processes of formation of different magmas and the mechanisms of triggering an eruption. First, we will see the general definitions and the internal composition of the globe. Then, the different types of eruptions and their associated products will be examined. We will have the opportunity to handle rocks of magmatic origin. Finally, you will discover the techniques for monitoring and tracking the management of volcanic eruptions in Reunion.
