UEO open to students in international exchange programs

For students in an exchange program, registration is made directly with the International Relations Department (without going through the registration platform dedicated to the UEO).

Description of the WEU

The objective of this UEO is to introduce you to a physical and sporting activity.

You will be able to immerse yourself in a bodily experience to understand its effects and its benefits on your physical and mental health.

Practice physical preparation in order to:

  • Push yourself muscularly to improve your sporting performance and fight against a sedentary lifestyle;
  • Knowing how to act effectively to transform yourself;
  • Use the muscles at the right intensities, know your body;
  • Learn to surpass yourself energetically speaking;
  • Learn the correct actions of PPG;
  • Find cladding;
  • Know routines for future reinvestment.
