Description of the WEU

UEO Spikeball: discover a new practice, fun and very technical which requires rapid information gathering and a response to this rapid information gathering

Practice spikeball in order to:

  • Knowing how to act effectively to transform into the game of spikeball with its specificities
  • Learn the basics of the game, which will require gathering information and responding to this information gathering
  • Technically work on passing and moving gestures
  • Do physical preparation work adapted to the effort of spikeball

  • Analysis of a question by mobilizing disciplinary concepts
