After having defined his thesis project with his future thesis director, the candidate must contact  doctoral school

After acceptance into a doctorate, the candidate must proceed to the pre-registration from the Doctoral School by going to ADUM ;

How to register

Registrations are done exclusively online on the registration platform

Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC)

Before you register, you must pay the student and campus life contribution (CVEC) on the CROUS website https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/ 

This contribution is established in order to promote social, health, cultural and sporting support for students.

For 2023/2024, the amount is 100 euros and must be paid online.

The CVEC certificate must be downloaded online, it concerns all students.

It will be mandatory for your registration at university.

Administrative registration must be carried out at each academic year and must be validated: fees paid and card issued.

Only administrative registration confers student status, allows you to take exams and obtain a diploma.
