Admission procedure / Pre-registration
The admission phase for joining a first year of the integrated preparatory cycle must take place via the national portal Parcoursup.
If you wish to integrate a 2rd year of integrated preparatory cycle or the engineering cycle, you must apply to the address: https://admission.univ-reunion.fr/ system. ( Admission calendar 2025-2026 )
For students continuing their studies at the higher level in the same course and for students repeating a year in the same field, the applicable procedure is that of re-registration (regulatory texts) . Register at the University of Reunion
Inscriptions start on July 1st and upon receipt of the baccalaureate results for new baccalaureate holders.
They are made must be filed online at the address : https://ins.univ-reunion.pc-scol.fr/
Pay the CVEC
- Create your file online
Collect your student card on your future campus (for first registration) or update your card on your campus if you are re-registering
The Campus Student Life Contribution
Before you register, you must pay the student and campus life contribution (CVEC) on the CROUS website https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
This contribution is established in order to promote social, health, cultural and sporting support for students.
For 2025/2026, the amount is 105 euros and must be paid online.
The CVEC certificate must be downloaded online; it concerns all scholarship and non-scholarship students.
It will be mandatory for your registration at university.
University rights
The amount of fees set by the Ministry amounts to € 628,00 for registration in the integrated preparatory cycle and in the engineering cycle.

Administrative registration must be carried out at each academic year and must be validated: fees paid and card issued. Only administrative registration confers student status, allows you to take exams and obtain a diploma.
