As part of common law competitions (external, internal), and national and academic professional grade advancement exams for ITRF personnel (Engineers, research and training technicians) and exceptional professional exams for access to the corps of the ASI for the 2026 session of the Repyramidage plan of the ITRF sector, I inform you that the registration server will be open:

From Wednesday, April 8, 2026 (12:00 PM Metropolitan time) to Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (12:00 PM Metropolitan time)
On the “WebITRF Application” at the following address:

As such, I recommend that you do not wait for the end of the registration period to register, and to first complete and edit your public service statements if necessary to have them validated and endorsed by your managing services in order to attach them to your application files.
I remind you that, for common law competitions, the registration calendar for each establishment does not necessarily follow the dates set by the Ministry.
However, for the University of La Réunion, registrations will be open on the same dates indicated above.

The international

People with disabilities have the option of benefiting from adjustments to the tests. To do so, they must request it at the time of their registration by email on

concours-itrf@univ-reunion.fr

and present a medical certificate issued by an approved doctor attesting that this arrangement is necessary.

The contractual route

Each year, the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation recruits people with disabilities who can become tenured without taking a competitive exam. The contract is concluded for a period of one year, at the end of which an interview is organized with a jury. Tenure is granted if the person has demonstrated their professional skills during this probationary period.

The path of detachment

Art 1^er of decree 2020-569 of May 13, 2020 setting for a limited period the exceptional conditions of access through secondment to a higher level or higher category employment body or framework established in favor of civil servants benefiting from the obligation employment of disabled workers:

Civil servants falling into one of the categories mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 9°, 10° and 11° of article L. 5212-13 of the labor code may, until December 31, 2025 and under the conditions set by this decree, benefit from the derogatory terms provided for by thearticle 93 of the aforementioned law of August 6, 2019, access through secondment to a higher level or higher category employment body or framework.

List of beneficiaries of the employment obligation

Benefit from the employment obligation:

• Workers recognized as disabled by the commission for the rights and autonomy of people with disabilities
• Victims of work accidents or occupational illnesses having caused a permanent incapacity of at least 10% and holders of a pension awarded under the general social security scheme or any other compulsory social protection scheme
• Holders of a disability pension awarded under the general social security scheme, any other compulsory social protection scheme or under the provisions governing public officials provided that the disability of the persons concerned reduces their working or earning capacity by at least two thirds
• The disabled holders of a military disability pension due to injuries received or illnesses contracted or aggravated within the framework of service during wars, expeditions declared war campaigns or external operations.
• Civilian victims of war

Registrations for ITRF recruitment without competition are organized by branch of professional activity and by type of job by each recruiting establishment.
The distribution of jobs to be filled by geographical area, branch of professional activity, standard job and establishment is set by ministerial decrees and by recruitment notice issued by the recruiting establishment.

External recruitment without competition is open to all people meeting the general conditions of access to the civil service.

General application conditions

• Have French nationality or a nationality of a member state of the European Community or the European Economic Area
• Enjoy your civil rights
• Not have any mentions incompatible with the exercise of the functions registered in bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record
• Be in a regular position with regard to the national service code
• Meet the physical fitness conditions required for the exercise of the function.
