The electoral list is posted no later than Wednesday, March 26, 2025 and can be consulted on the intranet site via the following link (accessible version).

Form of candidate lists

Lists must meet the following criteria: 
Pursuant to Article D. 719-22 of the Education Code, and despite the fact that there is only one seat to be filled, the filing of a declaration of a list of candidates remains obligatory.

Therefore, to be admissible, applications must include:

• a declaration of a list of candidates,
• an individual declaration of candidacy.

These declarations must be submitted using the forms made available on the University of Réunion's website and intranet (under the "Elections" section) and available from the Legal and Institutional Affairs Department.

The declaration of the list of candidates and the individual declaration of candidacy must state the surname(s), first name(s) and capacity(ies) of the candidate, and must be signed by the candidates.

The individual application statement mentions, where applicable, the support of an organization from which the candidate benefits, and he must provide the certificate established in accordance with the form available on the internet and intranet sites of the University of Reunion (section "Elections") and available from the Department of Legal and Institutional Affairs.

The obligation of alternation does not apply in the context of these partial electoral operations, as this is a single-member ballot aimed at filling a seat in colleges 2 and 3, Health sector, of the Research Commission of the Academic Council, in accordance with articles 5 and 6 of this decree.

Dates and places for submitting candidate lists

The duly signed declarations of candidacy may be transmitted according to one of the following:
following terms:

• By email : at the address elections@univ-reunion.fr , no later than Wednesday, April 2, 2025 before midnight (Reunion time), deadline;
• By hand deposit : with the Legal and Institutional Affairs Department (Moufia Campus, administrative building B, level -1, office B108), no later than Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 17 p.m. (Reunion time), deadline;
• By registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, envelope received by the university no later than Wednesday, April 02, 2025, deadline, to the following address:

Declarations of candidacy sent by email or submitted in person are
the subject of a deposit receipt.

For the organization of the service, in the case of hand delivery, candidates are invited to make an appointment by email to the following address: elections@univ-reunion.fr

For the election of staff representatives, candidates must also provide a copy of a valid proof of identity: national identity card, passport, driving license, residence permit
