Legislation in these areas has been clarified and requires true experts to comply and anticipate risks. Growing environmental concerns (ecological transition and sustainable development, Corporate Social Responsibility – CSR) are pushing companies to adopt best practices in production, distribution, and their impact on stakeholders (communities, local residents, the environment).

The Professional Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Health, and Environment aims to certify the skills of professionals in implementing and leading a quality, hygiene, health, safety, and environmental approach within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), small and medium-sized industries, or large groups that wish to optimize and continuously improve their systems. The needs for these cross-functional professions are multi-sectoral and encompass service companies, industrial businesses, healthcare facilities, and transportation.

In order to meet a constant demand for graduates, this program welcomes students from diverse backgrounds, including working people wishing to reorient themselves and specialize.

The Professional Licence in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Health, and Environment (LP QHSSE) meets the needs of SMEs in Reunion Island in the face of constantly evolving normative, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Tutored project The supervised project is a project carried out by the student within their company with the help of their academic tutor, culminating in a presentation. The chosen topic must be situated within a QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) domain.

The student must demonstrate that they possess a number of skills: project management, critical thinking, proposing experiments and/or solutions, generalizing these skills within a company, analysis, synthesis, and presentation. The student will be required to use tools they have learned during their training.
