Description of the WEU
Practicing this type of training circuit in a group helps maintain your muscular, cardiovascular and mental health.
The benefit of group classes is to develop and maintain group cohesion while maintaining general health through planned progression (joints, muscular and psychological).
Design and apply coherent physical and sporting choreographies for general fun and physical and mental well-being.
