UEO open to students in international exchange programs

For students in an exchange program, registration is made directly with the International Relations Department (without going through the registration platform dedicated to the UEO).

Description of the WEU

The objective of this UEO is to introduce you to educational, sports and maintenance bodybuilding (MESE).
MESE is a physical activity which aims at the development and/or muscular strengthening of one or all parts of the body according to personalized objectives (physical preparation, maintenance, health, prevention, aesthetics, etc.). It allows the harmonious and balanced construction of the body. Depending on the working methods chosen, it promotes the development of energy sectors (aerobic, anaerobic alactic and anaerobic lactic). It can be practiced by everyone with or without loads.

The UEOs do not appear on the Timetable (EDT) of your License.
