This Thursday, March 28, the First President of the Court of Auditors, Mr. Pierre MOSCOVICI, gave a conference entitled "What responses of public action to crises", within the bioclimatic amphitheater of the Moufia campus, in front of more than 330 people.

After a word of welcome from Mr. COMBY, provisional administrator of the University of La Réunion, students, teachers, public sector agents, media and citizens of civil society were invited to this one-hour speech on the question of public debt and the situation of public finances. The conference ended with lively discussions with the audience, in the form of questions and answers.
Strong partnership between the CRC and the University of Reunion
The links between the financial jurisdictions and the University of Reunion, notably via the Faculty of Law and Economics, are strong. Indeed, financial magistrates participate in the training and professionalization of our Bachelor's and Master's students in public service talent preparation (Public Law / Applied Economy).
They provide teaching, welcome students for internships and provide presentations of the competition and the profession of financial magistrate within the Faculty of Law and Economics. These actions are planned by a framework partnership agreement, signed between the University and the regional audit chamber (CRC) in October 2022.
The conference of the most illustrious financial magistrates, in the person of the first president of the Court of Auditors, is a great testimony to the attachment of financial jurisdictions to the University, with a capital U. We can only rejoice about it.
