• Available locations The service provider can offer either a solution based on self-service vending machines, or operation within a dedicated premises equipped with a kitchen area and a covered area, allowing for a more elaborate catering offer, or operation by means of a mobile catering unit (food truck or equivalent concept), or on a dedicated parking space made available, subject to compliance with the technical, safety and operational constraints of the site.
• Connections : The University ensures the provision of the necessary technical connections (electricity, Wifi access) according to the option chosen.

Expected return from the service provider:

• Deployment and management: Full support for financing, installation, regular supply and maintenance of the solutions implemented.
• Accessibility: Provision of a catering solution guaranteeing a wide range of hours, ideally available 24/7.
• Food offer: Variety of products offered to suit all types of diets.
• Hygiene and safety: Strict adherence to the cold chain, health standards and regulations in force.
• Maintenance: Contractual commitment to a rapid technical intervention time (SLA) in case of breakdown or incident.
• Cleanliness and waste: Management, sorting of generated waste (packaging) and constant maintenance of cleanliness in the occupied area.
• Monitoring and control: Provision of a digital monitoring interface (web portal or dashboard) allowing the University to consult in real time the usage statistics, product turnover rates and the operating status of the equipment.

Pricing conditions

Occupying public space will be subject to a fee. This fee will be set in
the temporary occupancy permit (AOT) in accordance with the general property code
public bodies and the University's deliberations relating to the occupancy of the premises, and may
include a fixed portion (linked to the surface area occupied and the utilities provided) and/or a variable portion
(calculated on the turnover or net profit generated).

• INSPE site, All. des Aigues Marines, Saint-Denis 97487, La Réunion (exact location to be specified later);
• A preliminary site visit is possible;
• The authorization to occupy the public domain will take the form of an agreement.

Estimated duration of occupation

• 1 year renewable

Site audiences and number of customers

• Student attendance is intermittent throughout the year; internships, exams, and university closures must be taken into account, resulting in periods of low or no site activity. (Provisional attendance list in Appendix 1)

• Applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria:

Date and time for submitting applications

Applications must be submitted no later than September 10th at 23:59 PM (Reunion Island time).
The recommended method for submitting applications is electronic exchange containing a presentation of all the characteristics of the proposed solution.
The expected written submissions are: a detailed presentation of the offer, meeting at least the criteria described above, and All documents must be sent to the following address: svec@univ-reunion.fr.
Any document that the company deems necessary must be submitted with the application.
