Subject of the consultation: Occupation of the public domain not constituting real rights of which the university is the assignee for the purpose of economic exploitation for the provision of catering and drinks in the context of the Researchers' Night on Friday, September 25, 2026 in the parking lot of the IAE campus in Saint-Denis.

Event details: On Friday, September 25, 2026, the university is organizing the Researchers' Night, which will welcome between 800 and 900 people (excluding organizers).
● Event starts at 18 p.m.
● End of the evening: 23 p.m.

Features:
Provision of a location as follows:
● Location in the garden or on the IAE parking lot for the purpose of setting up a
catering point (sale and service of small savory and sweet snacks and
non-alcoholic beverages) by a duly authorized professional, with the possibility
for the operator to install outdoor chairs and tables.
● Gas cylinders are prohibited on the site.
● Possibility of supplying an electrical connection.
● Amount of the fee:
○ Fixed portion: based on a 9m² space, for 5 hours, with
Electricity supply at domestic power: €53,11.
○ Variable portion: 5% of the revenue generated through public sales by the
service provider.

Expected counterpart:
● The products offered for sale must be sufficiently varied to correspond
to all types of diets.
● The food offering should consist of small, easy-to-eat pieces without
cutlery, suitable for all types of diets.
● The drinks offered will be non-alcoholic.
● In order to reduce waste, it would be desirable for the drinks to be
packaged in bottles or kegs and served in cups
reusable items made available to the public free of charge by the university.

The service provider must also provide a full meal for the researchers.

Saint-Denis. Prior site visit possible. General terms and conditions of occupancy are

will take the form of an agreement.

Estimated sale duration: 5 hours.
It will be possible to arrive and settle in a few hours beforehand.
