DE-ASSEMBLY: Original strategies to combat infection caused by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. Through an approach using molecular modeling tools, the DE-ASSEMBLY project aims to elucidate the mechanism of antibiotic efflux by the OprM-MexA-MexB pump found in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This project also involves determining molecules or peptides which, by binding to this pump, will prevent its action.
