Purpose of the consultation: Occupation of public property not constituting real rights of which the university is the assignee with a view to economic exploitation for the provision of food and drinks as part of the Researchers' Night on Friday, September 26, 2025 in the parking lot of the IAE campus in Saint-Denis.

Course of the event: On Friday, September 26, 2025, the university is organizing the Researchers' Night, which will welcome between 800 and 900 people (excluding organizations).

• Start of the event: 18 p.m.
• End of the evening: 23 p.m.

Features:
Provision of a location as follows:

• Location in a parking lot for the setting up of a food truck (sale and service of savory and sweet snacks and non-alcoholic drinks) by a duly authorized professional, with the possibility for the operator to install chairs and outdoor tables.
• Possible provision of an electrical supply
• Fixed amount of the fee: €100

Expected counterpart:

• The products offered for sale must be sufficiently varied to correspond to all types of diets.
• The catering offer should consist of small pieces that are easy to eat without cutlery, suitable for all types of diets.
• The drinks offered will be non-alcoholic.
• In an effort to reduce waste, it would be desirable for drinks to be packaged in bottles or kegs and served in reusable cups made available to the public by the university, against a deposit.

Place of occupation : IAE campus parking lot, 24 avenue de la Victoire, Saint-Denis. Preliminary site visit possible. The general conditions of occupation are specified in the form cited below and the authorization to occupy the public domain will take the form of an agreement. Expected duration of occupation: 5 hours.
