Internal certification in Modern Foreign Language for undergraduate students

Are you a graduate? You must pass your internal certification in a Modern Foreign Language

In accordance with the ministerial decrees of July 30, 2018 and April 3, 2020, all bachelor's, professional license, or BUT students must follow courses in a modern foreign language offered in the training offer. The University is responsible for:

  • to follow the linguistic progression of the student from entry to the University in L1 until the end of the Bachelor's studies in L3.
  • to issue a certification of the language level obtained according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR) given to students with the Bachelor's degree.

The Maison des Langues of the University of La Réunion supports you with its coordinators spread over the different components throughout your Bachelor's studies. MDL teachers evaluate students according to the CEFR and through the controls provided for in the MCC of your component. No additional checks need to be completed by you and no certification session outside of class is required.
