This Saturday, November 13, 2021, members of the ISRUN association organized a discovery outing to the “Conquest of the Wild South”.

This outing had already been organized and was a great success with international and local students. ISRUN naturally wanted to do one again this year including stages different from other times.

The outing began with a visit to Ti sable beach in Saint-Joseph. a black sand beach bordered by a large cliff which for a long time was a well-kept secret by the inhabitants of the region and little-known to the rest of the island.

Then, they went to the Labyrinthe En Champ Thé in Grand-Coude, in the heights of Saint-Joseph. In an idyllic and completely natural setting, they will visit the places and retrace the history of tea culture on the island.

Finally, this outing will end with the discovery of Tremblet beach in Saint-Philippe, one of the most unusual beaches on the island, if not in the world!
