Election of Dr Dominique MORAU as VPCA in charge of General Affairs
This Thursday, September 14, 2023, the members of the board of directors of the University of La Réunion elected by a large majority Mr. Dr. Dominique MORAU as vice-president of the Board of Directors of the University of La Réunion.
As part of this mandate, he will manage the internal contractualization process with the components, integrating training, research, international relations and transversal actions.
Dr Dominique MORAU will also supervise the process of continuous improvement of the management and services provided by the establishment and will ensure the implementation of the SPSI with the support of the project leaders and the departments concerned.
After a Doctorate in Mechanics – Environment obtained in 2006, Mr. Dominique MORAU became a lecturer in 2009 within the UFR Human and Environmental Sciences.
He served as Director of the Building and Environmental Sciences department from 2012 to 2014 before taking charge of the component from 2015 to 2020.
His teaching activities are linked to the treatment and energy recovery of waste and the research themes he focuses on relate to the energy transition through multi-sector approaches to energy production from waste in constrained spaces. .
