Expressions-RIICLAS

The journal Expressions-RIICLAS is now accessible online at the following address: https://www.expressions-riiclas.com

Expressions-RIICLAS is a scientific journal in educational sciences and training, published in open access. Led by Pierre-Éric Fageol and Rodinca Ailincai, it is part of the Interdisciplinary Research Network on Interactions between Cultures, Languages ​​and School Learning (RIICLAS). It also follows in the footsteps of the former journal Expressions, whose scientific and editorial legacy it partly extends and renews. The journal aims to promote research on the interactions between cultures, languages ​​and school learning, to value contextualized educational practices and to reflect the diversity of Francophone contexts.

The editorial team extends its sincere thanks to the Presses Universitaires Indianocéaniques for their support in relaunching and disseminating the journal. Hosting and publishing on a dedicated platform allows for a wider reach of published works and enhances their visibility within the scientific community.

An initial selection of articles is already available online. This selection, covering the period 1992-2010, was compiled by the journal's scientific board. The abstracts in French and English, as well as the keywords, were written by the editorial team to ensure the scientific and documentary consistency of the presented corpus.

In the coming weeks, this selection will be progressively enriched, ahead of the publication of the first issue of the thus renewed magazine, scheduled for March 2026.

tsingy

The journal tsingy, a scientific journal in the humanities dedicated to the study of the Southwest Indian Ocean, is now available online at the following address: https://tsingy.univ-reunion.fr .

Founded in 2005 in Tamatave, tsingy For twenty years, it has been a privileged space for reflection and scientific dissemination, showcasing comparative and interdisciplinary work, brought together in thematic issues and miscellaneous articles. The journal is edited by Frédéric Garan and Pierre-Éric Fageol.

This online launch marks a significant milestone in the journal's history. Issues 17 to 27 are already available. Issues 1 to 16 will be progressively made available in the coming weeks and months, providing broader access to works that have contributed, since the journal's inception, to the renewal of approaches to societies in the Indian Ocean region.

We would like to warmly thank the Indian Ocean University Press for their crucial support in this endeavor. A new era is thus beginning for tsingywhich we hope will lead to increased dissemination and better accessibility of research work, serving the scientific community and beyond.
