Last Friday, September 26, the University of La Rénion signed another Talent Prep agreement. A look back at the pictures.

Created in 2017 at the University of La Réunion, the Prépa Talents program is based on a selection process based on merit and resources, enhanced academic and social support, tutoring provided by practitioners, and mandatory internships. A pioneer in this field, the University of La Réunion inspired the national rollout of Prépas Talents in 2021. It is now one of the few universities in France to offer three programs: a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration – Prépa Talents, as well as two Master 1 Prépa Talents degrees in public law and applied economics.

The results are already evident. Many Reunion Island graduates have taken up positions as public finance inspectors, state administrative attachés, directors of registry services, and even public law lawyers. These successes demonstrate that, when academic excellence, social support, and professional immersion are combined, social diversity becomes an asset for the civil service.
