OLIGOPEP: Design of a cell penetrating peptide targeting the transferrin receptor TfR1 to deliver an antisense oligonucleotide. Through an approach using molecular modeling tools, this project aims to predict the sequence of a peptide targeting the TfR1 receptor which would make it possible to introduce an antisense oligonucleotide into erythroid progenitor cells in order to increase the expression of the enzyme. ferrochelatase, an enzyme deficient in the disease erythropoietic protoporphyria.
