Science Festival 2023, a sporting edition!

From November 10 to 23, university campuses hosted science villages.

It was the Tampon campus which opened the competition on November 10, hosting the regional inauguration of the Science Festival, in the presence of the prefect, Jérôme Filippini and the godfather, Jean-Louis Prianon, followed by the campus of Moufia on the 17th and from the Terre-Sainte campus on the 23rd.

If in Tampon the IRISSE laboratory and the STAPS department naturally offered activities on the theme of Sport and science, in all the villages, the participants showed creativity to adapt to the theme, by creating fun and/or sporting activities.

In total, there were 67 activities (including 55 carried out by the university community and 12 by partners) which welcomed 56 classes – or a little more than 1 students – and around a hundred external visitors over these three days.
