Wellness workshops

Since its creation, the University of Reunion has been committed to the well-being of all students, a key factor in success. Because health remains an essential asset for a successful university year, it must be preserved!

In addition to individual meetings, the university's SSE professionals organize prevention, promotion and health education activities around a wide variety of themes: sexuality, STI screening, nutrition, diabetes, addictions, etc.

Thus, action days but also well-being and health workshops take place both on the Moufia campus and on the Tampon campus.

To find out the exact dates of the workshops, connect to our Facebook page, call your campus secretariat or come see us at reception!

Our well-being workshops

  • Socio-aesthetics: one Tuesday per month from 12:30 p.m. to 14:00 p.m.
  • Kitchen: one Tuesday per month from 11:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m.

  • Kitchen: one Tuesday per month from 11:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m.

In the event of an absence (unexcused), you deprive another student of this workshop. These workshops also have a cost which is partly financed by the students themselves through the CVEC. Please notify 48 hours in advance if you cannot be present at the workshop for which you have registered. No new registration for a workshop can be recorded in the event of unjustified absence.

Prevention and health promotion days

The SSE teams come to meet you throughout the year to inform you and discuss with you many topics related to your health.

Days of action for prevention and health promotion are thus set up on both campuses. They can take many different forms.

Although certain themes may evolve, certain days of action are offered to you on a regular basis:

  • Fetal alcohol syndrome
  • Diabetes and pre-diabetes
  • Sexuality and screening for sexually transmitted infections
  • Well-being

All of these actions are carried out in collaboration with various internal and/or external partners at the University.

Health relay students and civic services also accompany us and come to meet you during these days but also throughout the year by marauding on the campuses!
