UEO open to students in international exchange programs

For students in an exchange program, registration is made directly with the International Relations Department (without going through the registration platform dedicated to the UEO).

Description of the WEU

This UEO is dependent on the availability of volunteer Spanish-speaking students to run it. It is therefore possible that it will be canceled if it is not also chosen by an incoming international mobility student.

These conversation workshops will be spaces during which students from the University of Reunion Island will be able to freely exchange orally with an exchange student, in their mother tongue. The topics covered are first chosen by the student who will lead these workshops, but it is possible to submit proposals to them based on each person's interests. The small size of the groups will allow everyone to express themselves. The learning objectives consist of improving or consolidating oral comprehension and oral expression. From the point of view of expression, this UEO aims to develop fluency and reduce apprehension about speaking a foreign language. Finally, intercultural encounters will be an important or even central issue in this UEO.
