Description of the WEU
You can strengthen the inside of the pecs or the lower abs, you have to work with heavy loads to gain muscle, stretching protects against injuries or you have to do endurance exercises to lose weight. The world of bodybuilding and fitness is full of preconceived ideas and beliefs that this set of courses will attempt to either break or reframe based on established scientific knowledge. We will also talk about risky practices, what to do or not to do to avoid injury. These courses are based on biomechanics and human physiology and a general knowledge of science will be a plus to fully understand all the concepts. However, this set of courses is open to anyone interested in sport or health in general.
