Description of the WEU

The objective of this UEO is to introduce you to a physical and sporting activity.
You will be able to immerse yourself in a bodily experience to understand its effects and its benefits on your physical and mental health.

Practicing bodybuilding allows you to:

  • Knowing how to act effectively to transform yourself,
  • Work the muscles at the right intensities,
  • Design and implement a coherent program relating to,
  • With its objectives, its potential and the time available,
  • Act safely with appropriate actions,
  • Take pleasure in tracking your progress...
