Educational registration at SUAPS after validation of your choice by the UEO service

Pankration is a Greek combat sport, the first written traces of which date back to 648 BC at the time of the ancient Olympic Games. He is said to be at the origin of combat sports. Today defined as hybrid, the pankration combines percussion, gripping and ground combat. It is considered the ancestor of MMA, brought up to date and adopting
rules adapted to current society, Pankration is defined as an ultimate discipline.
The proposed initiation invites action in several opposition sectors: boxes, takedowns and submissions.
The expected transversal and specific skills during the terminal evaluation are social, cognitive, physiological, physical and psychological. Students will be led to create a technical expression through the study of several technical-tactical diagrams, then to exploit this expression through reasoned oppositions. The educational progression is adapted to all levels of practice, thus creating a safe and conducive climate for learning this complete combat sport which is revealed through the continuity of actions, from standing to the ground and from the ground to standing.
