- Become aware of your body.
- Move towards letting go.
- Connect and accept your feelings.
- Explore your interiority.
- Integrate techniques that lower stress levels and increase flexibility of body and mind.
- Immerse yourself in a structured and caring framework to integrate and reproduce it on a daily basis.
- Learn the twelve basic postures of the Sivananda method.
This simple and synthetic method provides access to the essentials of hatha yoga; it is taught all over the world. Yoga is an Indian discipline practiced for millennia and acts on the body and mind.
