Description of the WEU

  • Teaching the new generation of adults to be present to themselves.

  • Become aware of your body.

  • Move towards letting go.

  • Connect and accept your feelings.

  • Explore your interiority.

  • Integrate techniques that lower stress levels and increase flexibility of body and mind.

  • Immerse yourself in a structured and caring framework to integrate and reproduce it on a daily basis.

  • Learn the twelve basic postures of the Sivananda method.

This simple and synthetic method provides access to the essentials of hatha yoga; it is taught all over the world. Yoga is an Indian discipline practiced for millennia and acts on the body and mind.

This is also the definition of yoga: union of body and mind.
