You are actors of professional inclusion in Reunion or in a French-speaking country, training organizations, teachers or trainers, digital accessibility professionals, students, people with disabilities or simply curious to discover digital accessibility and pedagogic ?
Do you want to better understand the notion of inclusive pedagogy involving a universal design of teaching and training? Does better digital access appeal to you?

Come and discuss with professionals how to implement digital accessibility in your organization and train a Digital Accessibility representative in charge of management and monitoring!

These days are organized as part of the PRITH Réunion (Regional Plan for the Integration of Disabled Workers) by the “Universal Accessibility and Equality” working group, in partnership with the University of Réunion which hosts the event and ensures its organization. co-organization with all partners.

Monday, December 12: from 13:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. (Reunion time) i.e. from 10 a.m. to 15 p.m. (metropolitan France time)

  • 13:00 p.m.-13:30 p.m.: Opening speech and introduction to accessibility.
  • 13:30 p.m.-14:30 p.m.: Training in digital accessibility: presentation of the inter-university digital accessibility referent diploma.
    • Round table moderated by Mr. Olivier SEBASTIEN Deputy Vice-President for digital uses and developments at the University of Reunion and lecturer in computer science.
  • 14:40 p.m.-15:40 p.m.: The co-construction of the Multi-annual Digital Accessibility Plan: a roadmap for a truly inclusive Organization? An example: the University of Reunion.
    • Round table moderated by MME Armony ALTINIER, President of Koena, a social enterprise specializing in digital accessibility.
  • 15:50 p.m.-16:50 p.m.: Accessibility on all floors: the learner’s journey strewn with pitfalls.
    • Presented by MRS Sandra THOMAS, director of the Indian Ocean Regional Center for Action and Information Studies (CREAI OI) and Mr. Pierre REYNAUD digital accessibility referent at the University of Reunion.
  • 17:00 p.m.-18:00 p.m.: Invisible cognitive disabilities: Better understand their manifestations and support them with metacognition.
    • Presented by MME Camille BENOIT, founder of Psyadom, network of psychologists-psycho-pedagogues, specialist in cognitive disabilities.

  • 13:30 p.m.-14:30 p.m.: Designing accessible online training? For whom, why, how?
    Round table moderated by Mr. Pierre REYNAUD, digital accessibility referent at the University of La Réunion.
  • 14:40 p.m.-15:40 p.m.: The Moodle platform: accessibility and inclusive pedagogy in our universities.
    Round table moderated by Mr. Endjy GUERCHET, digital accessibility referent at the University of Bordeaux and educational engineer.
  • 15:50 p.m.-16:50 p.m.: Access to online certifications: PIX’s proactive approach.
    Round table moderated by Mr. Frédéric Halna, Associate Director at Tanaguru agency specializing in digital accessibility.
  • 17:00 p.m.-18:00 p.m.: An issue of inclusion: school life management software, the example of Pronote.
    Round table moderated by Mr. Manuel PEREIRA, head of the accessibility center at the Valentin Haüy association.
  • 18:00 p.m.-18:30 p.m.: Closing speech.

  • 09:00-09:50: Practical solutions for universal accessibility of training. Thinking about accessibility in its entirety: towards a “disability policy”. A workshop on implementing universal accessibility in training centers. Led by the disability training resource service; Nolwenn TESSIEUX and Jessica IDMOND-MAILLOT, Handicap Training Resource advisors.
  • 10:00 a.m.-10:50 a.m.: Design and co-construct Easy to Read and Understand (FALC) texts. Moderated by MRS Sandra THOMAS, director of the Indian Ocean Regional Center for Action and Information Studies (CREAI OI)
  • 11:00-11:50 a.m.: In practice, quickly test the accessibility of your websites and applications. Hosted by the Web and Digital Accessibility Service (SWAN) of the University of La Réunion.
  • 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Exhibition and demonstration space for assistive technologies allowing people with disabilities to access digital technology.
