The elections of student representatives to the National Council for Higher Education and Research (CNESER) will take place from Monday 5 to Friday 16 June 2023, only by correspondence, to fill 11 full seats and 11 alternate seats.

Procedure for removing voting materials

The voting materials will be sent to you by post to the address provided during your administrative registration. If you wish to come and collect your materials in person, you must make a request no later than Friday 19 May via the address: elections@univ-reunion.fr

You can obtain your voting materials in three ways:

• By collecting the material in person from the Department of Legal and Institutional Affairs of the University of La Réunion
• By collecting the material by proxy from the Department of Legal and Institutional Affairs of the University of La Réunion
• By sending by post to the address you provided during your administrative registration at the University of Reunion

The material is removed between May 30 and June 13, 2023

How to collect voting materials in person

1. Bring a school certificate or student card, et proof of identity (national identity card, residence permit, passport, driving license)
2. Go to the following address:
   • Department of Legal and Institutional Affairs of the University of Reunion (Building B level -1 of the central administration – Moufia Campus)
   • From 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. then from 13:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m.

If you cannot come to collect your voting materials, you can give power of attorney to a student, regularly registered at the University of Reunion, to come and collect your materials for you.

How to remove proxy voting materials

To give proxy to a student (the proxy) to pick up your voting materials, you can collect a proxy form from the following address:

• Department of Legal and Institutional Affairs of the University of Reunion (Building B level -1 of the central administration – Moufia Campus)
• From 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. then from 13:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m.

If you are unable to collect this form in person to:

• reasons related to the progress of your studies
• reasons linked to the exercise of a professional activity
• health reasons

It will be appropriate to accompany your request for withdrawal of the power of attorney form with a copy of proof of identity (national identity card, residence permit, passport, driving license) AND to prove that you are present by any means. find yourself in one of the previously mentioned cases.

To be considered, the proxy request form must be returned to elections@univ-reunion.fr at the latest Monday, May 15, 2023 at 12:00 a.m.

On the day of collection, the principal must present a school certificate or student card, and proof of identity (national identity card, residence permit, passport, driving license) to collect the equipment. vote.

Please note, no one can hold more than one power of attorney.
