What are central councils for?
The board of directors (CA) – users 6 seats out of 36
It determines the general policy of the university, votes on the budget, distributes all resources and means and deliberates on the content of the establishment contract.
The Research Commission of the Academic Council (CR) – users 4 seats out of 34
It distributes the envelope of resources intended for research, allocated by the Board of Directors. It sets the operating rules for laboratories and research federations and adopts measures enabling students to develop activities for the dissemination of scientific, technical and industrial culture.
The Training and University Life Commission (CFVU) – users 14 seats out of 37
It determines the general policy of the university, votes on the budget, distributes all resources and means and deliberates on the content of the establishment contract.
It discusses and adopts the regulations relating to examinations and the control of knowledge and skills, the rules for evaluating teaching, or the measures supporting the success of the greatest number of students and those aimed at promoting and developing interactions between science and society. It distributes the envelope of resources intended for training as allocated by the Board of Directors. Within this commission, issues relating to student life, student engagement and campus life are also addressed.
