Public markets

A market is a contract concluded by one or more buyers subject to the order code
public with one or more economic operators, to meet their needs in terms of
works, supplies or services, in return for a price or any equivalent.

Within the Finance and Accounting Department, the markets department is responsible for
implement public procurement procedures in compliance with the provisions
of the Public Procurement Code and participates in the establishment of a purchasing policy within
establishment.

Since October 1, 2018, the establishment has completely switched to the dematerialization of procedures
for purchases from 25.000 euros excluding tax.

Any exchange relating to the establishment's ongoing consultations is also done via this platform.
